Today I arrived on site to address the reported issues. Inspection and Diagnostic: Performed a comprehensive inspection and diagnostic of the AC system. Fault Resolution: Identified multiple burned components within both the AHU and the condenser unit. Upon arriving at the property, the client explained to me that he had a power cut causing multiple damages to the electronic systems of the property. I proceeded to verify the AC system as the client indicated to me. I found multiple failures in the system. Damaged parts in the AHU: -Circuit board -Honeywell TH9320WF5003 Outdoor condenser unit. -Starter cap(45/6 uf) -Single pole contact. The client requested that he be contacted to coordinate the necessary repair. The client provided a claim case number in relation to the damage caused by the power surge.
