View visual findings from this job here - https://visionshare.xoi.io/?id=XA-DE27-2E34DFC94EAA4116A1D119B6E2DF766F Customer has no heat on the second floor of the home: This is a recently installed Unico Hydro air handler At arrival, the thermostat is off Call for heating on the thermostat- Only the blower motor is on and running- Boiler is off Check Hydro air handler in attic Found that the ball valve was closed to the Hydro coil Open ball valve and hear water flowing into the hydro coil Check boiler in basement Isolate the second floor zone and purge lots of air from the second floor heating loop Once all air is removed from system, and all valves are open confirm no leaks at the Hydro coil in the attic- okay Call for heating at the thermostat, but still the zone valve is not opening for the second floor Hydro coil Found incorrect wiring At the air handler in the attic- Correct the wiring and wire for zone valve Test operations: Confirm with the call for Heat the zone valve opens
