(1) AC Maintenance - R22 - LUXAIRE - tested high and low voltage components ok, checked air filters inside of furnace clean at this time, inspected fan motor dusty, checked evaporator coils found some signs of rust, Did not chemically clean coils due to clients sensitivity of smell, tested primary drain pan with water multiple times no leakage at this time, tested condensation pump operational at this time, checked interior of system ok noticed return ductwork is dusty highly recommended for us to return to perform FULL Home Ductwork Cleaning, Possibly all-day job due to amount of dust that has to be removed. Checked condenser pressures within range, checked condenser coils ok, checked all electrical components at condenser ok at this time. Client has a small drip from plumbing drain valve inside of bathroom. Drip only happens after valve is opened. Will have the office contact client to schedule Plumbing service. Unit is currently operational and cooling at this time, spoke to client
