View visual findings from this job here - https://visionshare.xoi.io/?id=XA-90AE-C6A83EF2B808404BA5E3B9B786A20C37 Preform maintenance on (1) Trane split system and (2) package RTU’s: SPLIT TRANE FURNACE: * Open furnace and blower cabinet doors * Replaced and dated completely plugged 12 x 12 by one and 14 x 24 by one air filter filters * Removed flame sensor- dirty Cleaned with copper bristle brush, and polished with steel wool * Inspected hot surface igniter- okay Was changed at last heating maintenance * Vacuum and dusted out inside of furnace cabinet and components * Brushed out and vacuumed all burner jet * Dump old minerals inside of neutralizer condensate pump * Washed and polished inside of condensate pump, clean and clear * Install new neutralizer minerals inside of pump and reassemble * Test condensate pump operations- Normal * Flushed condensate trap off of high-efficiency furnace * Inspected exhaust and fresh air venting-ok * Secured and inspected electrical wiring and c
