View visual findings from this job here - https://visionshare.xoi.io/?id=XA-90AE-68FDFF17DB8F453B9A16E0B133DAE16A Perform maintenance on Rheem Gas fired furnace, and Navien instant Water Heater: GAS FURNACE : * power down system * Replaced and dated customer provided 15 x 20 by one air filter * Open blower and furnace cabinet door * Removed flame sensor and spark igniter * Cleaned both components with copper bristle brush, and polished with steel wool * Vacuum and dusted out furnace cabinet and components * Vacuum and dusted out blower cabinet and components * Vacuum and dusted out filter rack, and return box * Secured and inspected electrical wiring and components * Inspected and vacuumed, blower motor and assembly, clean and clear * Replaced number 45 humidifier water panel inside of Aprilaire humidifier * Washed humidifier cartridge, clean, and clear * Reset humidistat and tested operations- normal * Return power to furnace * System is 20 years old and beyond its average life
