View visual findings from this job here - https://visionshare.xoi.io/?id=XA-A243-3214014C2E8A4499A9F3BF1102901CE7 Customer has a leak from the humidifier on the gas-fired furnace: At arrival I started checking the water heater for any signs of water Or leaks- The customer explained to me that the water was not coming from the hot water heater and was coming from the furnace The furnace has a fan driven Aprilaire humidifier Test humidifier operations: With a quote for humidity found that the water was draining very slowly out of the humidifier Due to a clogged drain line and a kink in the vinyl tubing The customer stated that she just had her maintenance completed And judging by the look of it, it was nothing new- She stated it was never brought to her attention I removed the vinyl tubing off of the humidifier, I brought the vinyl tubing to the slop sink in the basement and washed and brushed it out with hot water until it was clean and clear I cut out the kink and reconnected the viny
