Today I arrived on site to address the heating and AC system in the kitchen and living room area. Blower Motor Replacement:Returned to install a new blower motor in the AHU. Completed blower motor replacement on the AHU. Upon arriving at the property, the client Ma went to the basement that is the AHu corresponding to the kitchen area and the living room. I explained to the client about the work scheduled for today. The client agreed to have the repair done. I proceeded to prepare and clean the work area. I proceeded to do a road inspection of the system. I found the blower motor making an abnormal noise. I proceeded to disconnect the cables from the defective motor fan. I disassembled the AHU's fan bike. I proceeded to install the new fan motor. I proceeded to make the connections and adjustments necessary to conclude with the installation of the new blower motor of this unit. I started and monitored the system for about 10 minutes. The system did not fail or malfunction
