Today I arrived on site to address the reported noise from the boiler unit. Boiler Unit Inspection:Ran the heating system and monitored the boiler unit for approximately 30 minutes. Did not detect any unusual noise during the monitoring period. - Richard Dominguez addressed a noise issue reported by Mrs. Mayer, which was described as a loud whirring sound affecting multiple floors. - Mrs. Mayer mentioned that the pump might have been installed incorrectly and was working hard, suggesting it might be time for a replacement. - Richard confirmed that all circulator pumps were running without noise during his inspection. - Mrs. Mayer agreed to make an audio recording of the noise when it occurs, as it was not present during the call. - The conversation concluded without a sale or immediate resolution, but with a plan for Mrs. Mayer to provide further evidence of the noise issue.
