Called for heating from the first floor thermostat- Hydro air handler is on and running and boiler fires normal operations Absolutely no rattling or rumbling noise coming from the system at this time Call for heating from the second floor system- Complete normal operations with no abnormal noises Test domestic hot water zone on system- Circuit pump is on and running and boiler fires and reaches the temperature- Normal operations, no abnormal noise noises The customer showed me a video recording of the noise- It sounds like the blower motor/ gas train Inside the Burnham Alpine
