Upon arrival met with Anna & Jennifer to gain access to the home. Spoke with customer via phone. Customer is explaining that kitchen room thermostat would not run boiler to heat kitchen area and part of the 1st floor zone. While on site inspecting kitchen switching relay. When wiring was touch while checking terminals @ C,R,W relay was clicking on and off indicate as if relay or wiring had a short. Shut power to boiler to inspect wiring @ thermostat and Switching relay. Cut and re-strip wiring @ relays. Secure wire neatly making sure wiring is not touching metal casing or any other wire @ relay. Had zone call for heat once more. Boiler fired up and is on and running. Check flow @ boiler supply and return piping. Piping are hot to the touch. Check radiator and baseboard. Took temperature rise @ multiple locations. Temperature range are over a 100F degree, thermostat went from 66F- 68F. Zone is back up and running. Boiler is left operational @ this time. Boiler was cycled multiple times
