Today I arrived on site HeatPump Visual Inspection: Performed a visual inspection of the HeatPump system. System Zone: Confirmed the HeatPump system zone. Fault Status: Found no issues during the inspection; the system is operating correctly. The client mentioned that the heating in some area of the house is not balanced. I explained to the client that regardless of the temperature on one side of the house. Where the tstat is located, if the temperature reaches the set point, the system will stop pumping heat to the other side of the house. The client also explained that in the morning the system takes longer to heat the house. I understand that the customer has the tstat temperature programmed at 66 and to warm it up it has it at 73 degrees. I explained to the customer that in the HeatPump system the temperatures are not recommended to keep the temperatures stable between 68-72 contact me by phone since the HeatPump system works very differently from other gas heating systems.
