View visual findings from this job here - https://visionshare.xoi.io/?id=XA-DE27-19D9031ADA50403FAD52A90D22FA1B75 Perform maintenance on (1) Burnham gas fire water boiler, (1) hydro air handler and (1) Mitsubishi ductless heat pump : GAS WATER BOILER: * Power down boiler * Remove boiler cover door being held on with silver tape * Removed wing nuts holding burn a door and roll out switch - removed burner cover door * Vacuum and dusted out burner section of boiler and component * Vacuum and dusted out boiler piping and components * clean spark igniter with copper bristle brush and polished with steel wool * Secured and inspected all electrical wiring and components * Test and check expansion tank, Water feed, Backflow and relief valve on system * Return power to boiler * Test both heating zones and domestic hot water zone- Operational * Boiler fires- All supply and return piping is heating properly * The boiler aqua status is set a 220° As it is not reading the correct temperature *
