Completed heating maintenance on a trane roof top unit and a single zone Fujitsu ductless head. Brushed and cleaned burner cabinet and electrical cabinet. Sanded and cleaned both flame sensor and igniter both in good condition. Inspected and tighten all electrical connections. Inspected and tested all safeties all in working condition. Replaced air filters on roof top unit size 20x35x2 these are special order filters customer still has extra filters for the future. The blower wheel on the roof top unit is in need of a deep cleaning need to remove blower motor/ wheel in order to thoroughly clean blades. cleaned washable filters for ductless. Chemically cleaned coils and wiped down ductless unit located in basement area. Fired up all units and checked all operations all units are in working condition heating maintenance is completed.
