Very easy to work with in all regards. Courteous, expedient and better than average service all around. Enjoyed working with Tory, Brandon, Phil, Sally and Daniel who all were willing to make sensible recommendations, listen to our needs, correct any deficiencies/errors and provide a great level of customer care. Thank you for getting us back on track with our brand new A/C system as promised! Big thanks to Tory and the company owner for going the extra mile to provide a fair deal and take the time to deliver us a heat pump that we were advised was the only one available in the area! I would definitely recommend Mason Air Conditioning & Heating based on our experience!
