Checked all electrical connections Amp draws in motors Starting components Cleared and treated drain line Washed condenser coils and pan Bearings test good Freon pressures are to manufacture spec Evaporator coil and blower wheel are badly debris up from the years of abuse. Advised client to have both pulled and chemically cleaned to prolong system life and ensure healthy home environment. Advised client to have over flow safety switch installed on air handler due to no safety’s to turn system off if ever was to over flow with water and would just flood garage or home. Also when I arrived tenet had stated that there was an excessive amount of air coming out of supply air plenum on top of air handler. Original installers poorly sealed plenum to unit and unfortunately would need to be (re-4 pieced) in order to seal ducting to system correctly due to installation application.
