Upon arrival client stated she was fearful of biological growth being inside system since filter was not present in system for a year. Inspected entire system to find a MERV 8 16x25x5 pleated filter in a filter rack underneath evaporator coil in attic. Filter was highly impacted so I removed since there was a filter already present in the return in the ceiling of the home. Made client aware to just filter system from that point. I believe the evaporator coil has had to been cleaned due to the fact the blower wheel is highly impacted with biological growth. The air handler cavity is also starting to develop biological growth inside of it. Inspected all air duct in attic to find supply air duct runs are also having biological growth grow throughout them please see attached pics. Client also had concerns that the system would not keep temp during the day. Checked Freon pressures on system to find extremely high head pressures of 380 plus on a mild rainy over cast day.
