I had a issue with the way my burner sounded . They sent a Serviceman name Dave E. He was very knowledgeable , friendly , knew exactly what the problem was. Explained what it was , how it needed to be fixed and took care of the problem . Dave wore a smile , he represented Townsend Oil very well. I give Dave a "5" Star and a Big Thank You , not only bc he fixed the issue , but he was kind , caring , and took the time to explain things to me . Hats off Townsend and to the Serviceman Dave .

Analyzed Central AC Duct-work psychometrics. Adjusted Bosch M18 cooling parameters to achieve ideal delta T, differential and humidity.
Purged trapped air from oil safety valve and tested cadd cell flame sensor reading.
