Our previous propane provider was completely unresponsive after 5 phone calls that we were running out of propane. I called Townsend and received an immediate return call. You can depend on them , I do trust them to do the job right . When I call I tell them my mom is elderly and needs her heat ASAP , always show up within a couple hours . Great service and very professional .
