My Navien boiler was leaking water when I got home from vacation and I was panicking. I called townshend energy as I have my service contract with them and they sent Brian out to help. I can’t say enough great things about him. He was very calming and polite and explained everything to me. My families safety was his primary concern. He solved the problem quickly and explained everything! I would highly recommend him to anyone!! Thank you Brian!

He listened to what I tried to do to remedy the situation. Then worked through the AC unit systematically to find the problem. Ended up being a burned out fuse. Replaced it and I was up and running.
