X5 reinstates. 1-15-2026: lined sewer from 4” clean out in sidewalk 100’ downstream to city main starting in 4” cast just above 90 elbow at base of clean out and ending in 6” clay just before city main, x5 reinstates x3 downspout or drain tile connections x1 toilet stack tie in and x1 laundry/kitchen tie in.
