Upon arrival customer stated he had a leaking thermal expansion tank. After looking at water heater informed customer it was from 2006 and was on borrowed time. Gave customer estimate to fix just thermal expansion tank and a quote for new heater up to code. Customer approved new heater and up to code add ons. Installed new 40 gallon gas tall with thermal expansion tank and strap as well as new gas whip and gas valve. Tested all systems, systems are working with no leaks or issues. Customer was leaving informed him to run water when he returns to get air out of lines. Water heater is fired up and will take 45 minutes to a hour to get hot water.
