Call for toilet flushing inconsistent, and faucet with low pressure. Arrived and met with Mr. Gabriel. Mr. Gabriel is a member of our Win With Chen maintenance program, and I thanked him for being part of our program, and for trusting us to protect his home from plumbing issues. Today, we discussed issues in the basement bathroom. The toilet handle must be held down to flush fully. The faucet in this bathroom is not producing enough water pressure. The toilet appears to be original to home, approximately 20 years old. I noticed a stain on the floor and see that the gaskets appear to be leaking, either from the flush gasket or tank bolt. I was unable to replicate leak, but residual rust and sediment from dripping is present. Due to condition of toilet I recommend replacement or rebuilding the tank. The faucet is a Moen two handle entry level faucet. There appears to be a blockage in the mixing chamber or housing, and I was unable to isolate or remove it. Due to the condition and typ
