Did annual inspection for membership. Found that most service valves for fixtures are old and will need to be replaced in the future. Also, customer mentioned that they wanted laundry standpipe replaced. Gave customer starting point/ball park of $1200 to have that replaced. Also, customer wants to replace old sink next to laundry room.
