Came out for a sewer back up. Arrived and found 1” of sewage had backed up across the basement floor. We could not locate a cleanout. Received approval to pull the toilet and snake/camera the line. Located the blockage under the basement just past the floor drain. Confirmed with camera it was a soft tissue blockage. We cleared the blockage and restored flow to the line. Inspected line and found no serious issues on the pipe outside the home, however inside under the slab the cast iron has scale/rust build up due to being 60 years old. Referred restoration services to clean up the sewage that backed up into the home. Left quote to replace the drain line under the slab which will involve demo’ing the downstairs bathroom.
