I found many other concerns with copper pipes, gas and plumbing. I strongly encourage joint the maintenance program and scheduling the initial inspection and evaluation soon. Notes for plumber 38k btu WHx 2 but only one active currently. Front lamp, two rear lamps. Gas grill rear. 5 burner top kitchen HVAC systemsx Meter sufficient for volume. Reduction from 3/4 to half twice on black iron. One in crawl, another outside. Load calc shows it’s still sufficient to deliver. Stove top and grill both properly converted to natural gas.
