Customer had a leak previously that required remediation. Came back to stripped primary bath and installed a new shower valve. Asked customer preferences for location and side sprayer etc. customer had no strong preference and just asked for a standard install with no extra bells and whistles. The previously proposed spot for the valve wasn’t available because the new wall hadn’t been built and isn’t going to be built. Centered the valve on drain for the same wall it was on previously per customer approval. Capped the 1/2 copper hot and cold lines below the subfloor after cutting the floor. Chen Plumbing isn’t responsible for repairs to cuts made to access plumbing. Tested all work to ensure proper function and no leaks. None were found. Put center of shower valve 47.25” above the floor to meet manufacturers recommended 45-48” range.
