Customer complaint was After using tub and letting water drain, toilets would gurgle, customer said daughter had one toy fall into drain was concerned this was causing issue however, customer said toilets would gargle after A few minutes, recommended to customer to Camera mainline to confirm no issues were on mainline causing issues, Filled up tub multiple times and ran water down cannot re-create issue, also found pressure drop more than 40 psi recommended replacing PRV that is starting to fail. Customer approved. Replaced PRV, slowly, pressurized line, bled all air and debris to the best of our ability. Attached invoice are photos of regular pressure drop with new PRV Also a video of camera inspection (While doing rest of evaluation on plumbing system, found code violations.
