Customer reported a high water bill with no visible leaks. Water management is also called by customer and they confirm their meter was working fine. We tested water pressure and visually inspected water heater and confirmed. No issues found. Finally a pressure drop test was performed and showed a super minor leak between the meter and where the line comes in inside, but not severe enough to warrant any repairs at this time. We advise the full line replacement for cost-effectiveness. Customer requested a quote for full line replacement and rework.
