For this call came out for a third time to cap the waterline through the ceiling of the garage for where the Roman tub is the first initial call that we came out here for is to figure out what is going on and what the solution is the second time that we came out here was for Replacing the cartridges upon further evaluation. I couldn’t replace the cartridges due to the screws, being stripped out completely, not allowing me to remove the old cartridges and put them back so I gave the customer a couple different options via phone call and since it is a property managed property Told him on what we could do for them and essentially go from there they decided that they wanted to cut the drywall on the garage and cap the waterlines to the Roman tub so that is exactly what I did. I cut the hot and cold water lines in both on both sides just in case in case there’s a mixing valve that I did not see so therefore, once the wall was opened, remove the drywall and cut the lines.
