Client called us out due to the master bath toilet being clogged. Only that toilet was affected. We ran the toilet auger down the toilet and cleared the blockage whatever it was. Also, that same toilet was constantly running. This was due to the flush seal not sealing and the chain was just a little too short. We replaced the flush seal and lengthened the chain. Toilet is now operating as it should be. Office will reach out to schedule the included with service membership once yearly whole home plumbing inspection.
