Customer has cast-iron drain line, causing issues and backing up occasionally. Ran camera to identify the integrity of cast-iron drain line will need to return to jet last section to make full determination of pipe condition. cleared P-trap on washing machine box to allow for usage during process. Return following day to jet kitchen line to further identify pipes condition. Found pipe to be in suitable condition for relining work. Also, replaced P-trap in downstairs bathroom. After work was complete check for leaks and proper drainage function. will schedule relining work.
