Removed old water heater and hauled away. Furnished and installed new 50 gallon gas water heater with new thermal expansion tank shut off. Reinstalled existing recirculation pump on hot waterline. Also replaced PRV and main house shut off. Tested and no leaks were present at this time. There should be hot water within 45 minutes to an hour. Cleaned up work area.
