Came back to replace the old PRV and fix a leaking pipe that was agreed by homeowner yesterday but had to get parts from supply house. Upon arrival I shut off the water at the meter and began working in crawl space by removing the old PRV. It was activity leaking and I cut it out and installed a new ball valve and two PRV system a black tag and the green tag. Once they were in place I pressed them together and moved to the first floor to repair a section of 1/2 copper pipe. I cut out the section that had the pinhole and used two couplings to install and connect a new piece of copper pipe. Once it was all properly connected I turned on the water and check for leaks or issues which non were found and homeowner is satisfied with the service provided also likes the new pressure since before when using any two fixtures they would lose a lot of pressure and now it works properly and can open multiple fixtures and he doesn’t loose pressure.
