System not keeping up. Arrived to find unit running but low on refrigerant. Added 3 pounds R 22 to achieve 12° sub cool. Universal condenser fan motor had a week run capacitor. Used dual capacitor to power fan. Washed condenser coil. System cooling properly at this time.
