Competed with HVAC noise on 4 ton downstairs horizontal gas in attic 2008r22; found unit very low on refrigerant, blower motor leaking oil, fan motor leaking oil, both units short on return with rusted secondary deian pans, no switch on one and drain lines need flushing, gave the option to do all preventative repairs, minimum repairs, ac combo or complete unit upgrade, left all the options with customer since wife is not home and he can't make a decision at this time.
