Completed with ac 2 on 2017 upstairs 2 ton 80% horizontal furnace and 2009 trane 90% horizontal furnace for downstairs 4 ton, downstairs has a very rusted evaporator coil that can leak at any time and noticed some ice around distribution tubes, both secondary drain lines need to be replace to prevent water damage. Capacitor for main downstairs is leaking oil. Giving the option to do all preventative repairs, minimum repairs or complete downstairs upgrade. Customer approved to replace single run capacitor for downstairs only.
