Performed two system ac maintenance. No issues with indoor nor outdoor equipment. Homeowner showed me the sink that is having a smell coming out of with when blower is on. That system is the downstairs. Place condensate pan treatment tabs in both of the primary drain pans of each system. Also poured some drain solution that the homeowner had down both ac primary lines from the attic. Filters were clean, amp draws were good, capacitors within specs.
