No cool. Found condenser not running. Run capacitor had loose terminal and a burnt end. Removed and installed new turbo. Unit is a 2000 model. It had the factory hard start kit on it which was defective. Removed and installed 321 hard start kit. Wash condenser coil. Added less than 1 pound of R 22. Documented data plates and sent to Russ.
