Arrive to find system off. After entry into the home turn the thermostat to cool. Temperature at that time was 84°. Went to the unit outside and check the refrigerant charge. System had a 9.5° sub cool. I added refrigerant to achieve a 12° sub cool. Went to the attic and measured in 18° split. It’s your coil was partially clogged with Dust and debris. System is in 2009. I am leaving an estimate for a new 4 ton complete system.
