Pump system down and changed out defective TXV. Pressurized and if I created system to 700 micron. Verified charge is correct. System has a 10° subcool. Turn system off and let pressures equalize. Turned on heat. System is operating at manufacturer specs at this time. I am I am not charging Bill at this time because I feel like we are the blame for messing up the TXV. Bill stated that before the compressor stopped running it was Cooling. It's possible that too much set from not purging closed the TXV.
