Lisa stated that the upstairs unit was malfunctioning. Check the filter and it was OK needs to be changed though check thermostat. Put system into second stage and check charge. Refrigerant level is good at this time. Found condenser coil completely clogged with Cottonwood. Cleaned off coil and unit next to it. System is cooling properly at this time.
