Preformed the 2 system fall maintenance. Found the upstairs system to be working properly. Both filters are dirty and need to be replaced. Found the downstairs furnace to be 24 years old. The system is operational at this time and 5he customer wants to see how long it will last since they just purchased the upstairs unit.
