Only mode of entry from the exterior could be below the deck, but hard to determine with it being so flush to the ground. Would recommend sealing the gap along the foundation with caulk. Also recommend sealing the gaps along the front of the deck with mulch. I placed an exterior bait station by the hvac unit for monitoring and rodent control.
