Randy did a great job and took care of the areas I talked to him about. He also gave me some info on the wild violets that I was concerned about. I’d be glad to have him service the lawn anytime again in the future.

I met Randy today for the first time. He was very informative on questions I had. Being his first time here, I had to show him areas and concerns that my regular requested person knows about. He had no notes that I’ve called the office about several times last year. They had none either (were in the wrong place and notes were again added to my profile this time). I’m confident that John or Randy will treat everything requested. I will be asking to see their notes the next time they are here. If they do not have those notes I will be cancelling my service. But Randy was awesome and he deserves to be recognized!
