Latrell did an amazing and thorough job on my property with my mosquito treatment today. He asked if we wanted our seating area spread just to ensure comfort and we thought that was very thoughtful. I requested a service treatment delay as it had not rained in a month her in southeastern PA. This was not honored, and they applied the treatment a few day later when I was not home. When called, said they would repeat the treatment on a month as originally requested at no charge but then billed me the next day. And, left a paper on my door in a plastic bag when I had repeatedly requested them not to do as it advertises I am not home.
