I requested a service treatment delay as it had not rained in a month her in southeastern PA. This was not honored, and they applied the treatment a few day later when I was not home. When called, said they would repeat the treatment on a month as originally requested at no charge but then billed me the next day. And, left a paper on my door in a plastic bag when I had repeatedly requested them not to do as it advertises I am not home.

They usuallly call you the day before to tell you they are coming and then they leave a report on your doorknob after they finish, and also e-mail you the report. Always polite when encountered. Many different programs.

Two years of this service now and my yard looks no better. I still see copious amounts of nutsedge and various other weeds particularly around the edge of my property. My back yard is constantly overrun by annoying Thistles and ground ivy. Think its time to move on to another service that actually looks at the yard and doesn’t just show up and treat!
