John Rivera does an excellent job! But the communication in the scheduling office needs to be much better!!!! It’s in our notes that we always request John Rivera for lawn service but they schedule us always with someone else and then we’re inconvenienced and always have to call. We’re tired of it. Revise your system now!!!
