with all the pass services they always left in my front door what they did , and left a bill with a return envelope. this time if I didn't check my email I would have not known where my bill or what work was done. and now I need to provide my own envelope. a stamp I did before not an issue. it also would be nice if an email was sent out a day ahead of time so I would have a idea when to expect someone..
