Zach gave me good feedback on a new sugar maple tree that was planted in late spring. The tree might need to be re-planted properly to keep it alive and allow it to mature.

Now 15 years, and Green Lawn continues to provide excellent service with top notch technicians and service managers. Glad to see Ryan returning for another season. Ryan, just like his predecessors of Antonio, Hector, and Dan, is well versed in the industry and always points out helpful tips of “do’s and don’t’s. As I always share with Steve, I appreciate the continuity of the same technician throughout the season when possible - not only does the technician learn the customers preferences, but can observe the change in property appearance during the season and react accordingly. Ryan is great at all this and receives extremely high marks for top customer service - calls shortly before arrival and is incredibly polite. This is a trend with Green Lawn in grooming technicians to advance in the organization. Looking forward to working with Ryan and Green Lawn again this season.

Joe was respectful when I explained why I stopped him during his application procedure. I explained that I had cancelled my last scheduled application due to leaves on my lawn. I had requested that I would get a phone call and an email as a heads up so I could vacuum them up. He offered to blow away the leaves for me! Great job!!!

Green Lawn gave me the heads up via voice mail message the day before a visit from them. They always left a note on my door regarding what was done during their visit and advised on next steps that I should take on treating my lawn. An overall great experience!

Ryan always calls me to say he’s on his way, so I can let the dog out before he arrives. He went out of his way to find out info about organic products, and made a return trip with the organic product I requested. He is always punctual, polite, and considerate.
