Unfortunately there was an application made to my lawn in June and there clearly was an error with the application as it burned wide streaks throughout my front and back lawn. I have been with Green Lawn for quite some time and am very disappointed that this happened. I do appreciate the follow up and the honesty of the Tech that came out to assess. He notes that I would not be charged for the application that did the damage and we would be receiving aeration/overseeding to fix the damaged areas of our lawn. Unfortunately, I now have brown, burned out lawn, which is not what I have expected when hiring a lawn service company.
