So I pre-paid for aeration and seeding and then had to call multiple times to get on the schedule. When asked what happed I was told no idea but that I would be called by a scheduler to let me know when the service would be done. No one called and the team showed up to aerate. Unfortunately the person never paid attention and destroyed two blow out valves on my lawn. Now what could have been a good experience and the beginning of me using your service for many things has turned into disappointment and will cost me more time and money to fix what you broke.
